PROMOTION AWARDS
11. Any tax liability or surcharges, arising from
the redemption of Awards is the sole responsibility
of the member and Air Bagan makes no warranty or
representation in relation to such tax liability or
surcharges.
12. Miles will remain in member’s account for 1
calendar year after the year in which they are
accrued. Any miles not redeemed by December 31st on
the 2nd year will expire and cannot be used
thereafter. Expiring miles in each calendar year
must be redeemed for Awards by December 31. Expiring
miles that are not redeemed by December 31 are void
and deleted from accounts. Accounts in which mileage
accrual ceases for a full 1 year period are
designated as dormant and closed after the
expiration of any remaining mileage. New accounts
which do not record an accrual activity within 12
months after enrolment are also closed.
13. Air Bagan may change the Royal Lotus Plus
Programme rules, regulations, benefits, conditions
of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in
part at any time with or without notice, even though
change may affect the value of the mileage or Awards
already issued. Air Bagan may change or terminate
Programme partners, withdraw, limit, modify or
cancel any Award, increase the mileage required for
any Award, modify or regulate the transferability of
Awards or benefits, add unlimited number of blackout
dates, or limit the number of seats available to any
or
all destinations.
14. The selling, purchasing, bartering, or
exchanging of award tickets for compensation is
expressly prohibited by Royal Lotus Plus membership
rules.
15. Air Bagan reserves the right to terminate the
Royal Lotus Plus Programme at any time.
16. Membership application is subject to approval by
Air Bagan
Royal Lotus Plus Section.
