MILEAGE CLAIM
All mileage claims for uncredited or forgotten
mileage must be submitted within 3 months of the
flight departure date. Flight claims on Air Bagan
must include original boarding passes and ticket
jackets. Faxed, scanned or copies of boarding passes
will not be accepted for mileage credit.Claims can
be submitted to Air Bagan Head Office:
No.56, Shwe Taung Gyar Street, Bahan Township,
Yangon,Myanmar.Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for all claims
to be processed and credited to your
account.(Mileage claim documents will not be
returned to senders.)Members receive mileage credit
based on distance between origin and destination, as
determined by Air Bagan. Air Bagan reserves the
right to deny mileage claims when membership
information has not been included or presented as
required.We strongly encourage all members to keep
their original ticket jacket and boarding pass until
the miles are credited to your account. A statement
will be sent to you once every four months to update
you on the miles that you have flown.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AWARD TICKETS
- Award tickets cannot be used out of sequence.
- When requesting an award ticket, you may be
required to complete an Award Authorisation Form
which can be obtained from our office.
- Award flight must be booked at least 14 days prior
to departure.Miles are deducted from your account
within 24 hours.
- If unused award tickets are not picked up within 5
days after the intended departure date, you must
contact Air Bagan for Mileage credit.
- Expired miles cannot be re-credited.
- Award tickets must be picked up by members
themselves,or a proxy who must present a written
authorization from the member.
- Prior to ticket issue, the passenger may change
award travel flight dates and routing provided the
award travel remains, and/or he has sufficient
earned mileage in his account
- All other changes would require that mileages be
re-credited to your account and new reservations are
requested. It is also required to allow 5 working
days for mileage re-credit.
- Any taxes, duties and other liabilities, including
airport or government taxes, are the responsibility
of the member and must be paid prior to the issuance
of the award ticket
- Award travel must be completed within 2 months of
the ticket issue date.
- The period of award ticket validity cannot be
extended, even if this period includes a blackout
period.
Yearly Blackout Dates are from
December 20th to January 2nd and
April 10th to 17th
